Saint Lucia Vacation Packages

The breathtaking beauty of Saint Lucia is a perfect backdrop for romance, relaxation and adventure.

Things To Do In Saint Lucia

Saint Lucia showcases towering mountains, a drive-through volcano, powder-white beaches and lush valleys blanketed in tropical green. To that, add pampering in full-service resorts that overlook shimmering aquamarine waters as far as the eye can see.

There are two sides to Saint Lucia. The north side is filled with bustling markets by day and dotted with beachside bars by night. From the popular Reduit Beach to the former pirate hideout that is now Pigeon Island National Park, the north is a happening place. The southern coast is much more tranquil, perfect for honeymoons and romantic celebrations with quiet beaches, secluded coves and jungle canopies.

There are many levels of adventure to be found on Saint Lucia. Fly through the treetops of a tropical rain forest on 800-foot-long zip lines extending between platforms, at heights of up to 150 feet above the forest floor. Stroll through Diamond Botanical Gardens and discover the Toraille Waterfall. You can even swim and snorkel in one of the many coves.

Saint Lucia’s twin peaks poke their 2,000-foot-high summits into the sky as one of the island’s most well-known and famous landmarks. Dare to ascend these mountains, or simply take a boat offshore to appreciate their full majesty. Or, visit the historic cities of Castries and La Croix Maingot, used as hideouts during a war over the island between the French and British. The quaint fishing villages of Anse-la-Raye and Canaries also provide a relaxing charm.

Fantastic coral reefs bring many snorkelers and scuba divers to this island. A major attraction is the intentionally sunk freighter ship, Lesleen M. This ship provides divers with the opportunity to explore a sunken ship in its entirety. It is located off the coastline of Anse Chastanet. Saint Lucia's tropical waters are known for their abundance of fish, from blue marlin to barracuda, and kingfish to tuna; these game fish are plentiful and attract many a devoted fisherman to this island.

For retail therapy, peruse craft outlets and duty-free shops that dot the island for locally made jewelry, sandals and woodwork.

When you’re ready for a break from adventure, Saint Lucian food is sure to please. From lobster and conch to unripe bananas and plantains, a hearty and wholesome dish is always within reach. And, don’t miss trying a traditional Saint Lucian breakfast — local cocoa tea and muffin buns.
