Cancellation & Change Policy Terms & Conditions 

• Travelers who cancel a trip less than 31 days before departure will receive a credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate (voucher) for the residual package cost if canceled, less any applicable  cancellation fees. Travelers who cancel a trip 31 or more days before departure will receive:
  • (i) A credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate (voucher) equal to the required deposit amount paid by the traveler minus any cancellation fees, and 
  • (ii) For any amounts actually paid by the traveler in excess of the required deposit amount, a refund to the original form of payment of the excess payment above the required deposit.
  • In each case, credit for nonrefundable components will not be issued, and other non-air fees may still apply.

Tarif aérien

• Change fees have been eliminated permanently for Delta tickets purchased for travel from the U.S. and Canada to all destinations worldwide, excluding Basic Economy fares. For tickets issued by air carriers other than Delta, change fees will vary based on airfare rules.
  

*HÔTEL

A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be charged per land-only booking, and will be forfeited in the event of a booking cancellation. Modifications to a booking will not result in an additional deposit.

• Four or more days prior to departure
  • Customers may change to a different hotel or change rooms within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change results an increase in the hotel price.

  • Nonrefundable (NR) hotel fees cannot be waived, even when the change results in an increase in the hotel price.
    
• Up to three days prior to departure
  • Customers may change room categories within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change results in an increase in the hotel price.
    
  • Customers may choose to change to a different hotel, subject to availability. However, the hotel portion is nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for applicable rates for the new hotel.
  • Les « autres articles non remboursables » sont par exemple les billets de train, les billets d'événements ou de spectacles, les billets pour parcs à thème, etc.

The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this website due to their complexity or special requirements:

• Réservations à Hawaii incluant des séjours sur plus d’une île.
• Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult's lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-800-1504 once you complete your booking online. Si deux enfants ou plus de moins de deux ans voyagent avec le même adulte, seul un enfant pourra voyager en tant qu'« enfant sur les genoux ». Il faudra réserver un siège pour tous les autres enfants. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. • Upgrades to first class.
• Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests.
• A reservation with more than 4 rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than 4 children.
